The Power of Music

I appreciate the wonder and joy of music. This past week there have been several videos of music performances that have come across my path and I have really enjoyed each one. There is a power to music, especially classical music. This video here is a great summary of what music is capable of:

I found myself for the first time in a while, soaking in the music I was hearing. The songs are moving me again. It is as if I am stepping back into life. There were several videos that brought joy all the way to my heart. I am grateful to have that experience again. I did not know how much I needed to experience that once again.

I believe that Hans Christian Andersen said it best, "Where words fail, music speaks."

I am grateful for the ways music speaks to my heart.
